How long does a replacement take?
Most homes: one to two days, including cleanup.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on size, pitch, layers and decking, which is why the inspection and quote are free. Financing is available for qualified homeowners.
Do I need to replace, or can it be repaired?
We’ll tell you straight. If a repair buys your roof five more years, that’s what we’ll recommend.
Do you ever install over the old roof?
No. Every replacement is a full tear-off, never an overlay, so we can fix what’s underneath.
What warranty comes with a new roof?

What shingles do you install?
Mostly CertainTeed Landmark shingles. We’ll show you colors and samples at the inspection.

Yes. If storm damage is why you need a new roof, we write detailed Xactimate estimates and work with a local public adjuster. Your insurance company makes the final call on the claim.
Will you be on my job?
